Administrative Worker

Hours: 16 hours per week

 

Location: Afro-Caribbean National Artistic Centre,Elders Club.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Coordinator/Administrative Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with coordination tasks and providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist with coordinating schedules, day trips, wellbeing activities and other activities.

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, and document preparation

• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Manage financial transactions, including handling cash and processing payments

• Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

 

Schedule: Flexible, 16 hours per week
